At CanvasBox Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality canvas prints and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process for both custom and non-custom products.

 

Non-Custom Products:

- Hassle-Free Returns: If you are not satisfied with your non-custom product for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@canvasbox.co.uk with your order details. The item must be returned in its original condition.

- Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange within 14 days. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return postage label.

 

Custom Products (e.g., Custom Canvas Prints):

- Hassle-Free Returns for Custom Products: Even for custom canvas prints, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Faulty Goods:

If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, whether custom or non-custom, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We may ask for evidence (e.g., photos) to verify the fault. Once the fault is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs.
