3. Products

Our core offering includes custom canvas prints. While we strive to accurately display product images, slight variations in colour and quality may occur due to individual monitor settings. All sizes and dimensions are approximate.

4. Pricing and Payment

- Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before payment.

- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

- Pricing Errors: In the unlikely event that a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel any orders affected by the pricing error, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

5. Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including if the product is unavailable or there is an error in the price.

Once your order is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to you, and we will begin processing the order.

6. Delivery

- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout. We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 working day, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

- Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information.

- Delivery Costs: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and order size.

7. Custom Orders

We specialise in custom canvas printing, and as such, the images you upload for custom orders must comply with the following:

- You warrant that you have the right to use any image you submit.

- You agree not to upload any offensive, unlawful, or infringing material.

- We reserve the right to refuse custom orders if we deem the content inappropriate.

8. Hassle-Free Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CanvasBox Ltd. If you are not happy with your product, whether custom or non-custom, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

a) Non-Custom Products:

- If you are not satisfied with your non-custom product for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of purchase.

- To return an item, please contact us at hello@canvasbox.co.uk with your order details.

- The item must be returned in its original condition.

- Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a full refund or exchange.

- We will provide a return postage label at our cost.

b) Custom Products (e.g., Custom Canvas Prints):

- If you are not satisfied with your custom product, you may return it within 7 days of purchase, even though it is personalised.

- To initiate a return for a custom item, please contact us at hello@canvasbox.co.uk with your order details.

- The custom product must be returned in its original condition.

- We will issue a full refund or exchange upon receiving the returned product.

- We will provide a return postage label at our cost.

9. Refunds for Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product you receive is faulty or not as described. Please contact us at hello@canvasbox.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the product if you believe your item is faulty.

We may ask you to provide evidence of the fault (e.g., photographs) or return the item for inspection. If the fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges incurred.
